Initial Consultation

The initial consultation in a bathroom renovation is a crucial first step in understanding your vision, needs, and expectations for the project.

During this consultation, our experienced team takes the time to listen attentively to the client's ideas, preferences, and concerns regarding your current bathroom space. We discuss design aesthetics, functional requirements, budget constraints, and any specific features or amenities that you desire.

Design Consultation

All the information gathered in the initial consultation will now be used to create our design concept and layout of the bathroom.

This will factor in many variables but mainly our budget. Our budget will essentially determine what we can and cannot do in our bathroom renovation which will heavily affect the overall design. This is why I like to be as transparent as possible during the initial consultation when it comes to our budget.

Fixture & Fitting Selection

The fixture and fitting selection stage in a bathroom renovation is a crucial phase where you choose the various elements that will define the functionality, aesthetics, and style of your new bathroom. Once our final plans are confirmed you will be required to make all selections to ensure quoting process is as seamless as possible. This will also include your tile selection.

During the design phase, we would’ve already worked out what needs to be selected, it’s now up to you to you pick out everything that’s required. I recommend selecting everything from the same supplier, however this isn’t essential. Each supplier will have a consultant to document all selections on a digital format which can be finalised and sent off to myself.

During the fixture and fitting selection stage, it's essential to consider several factors:

Functionality - Ensure that the fixtures and fittings you choose meet your practical needs and lifestyle preferences.
Style and Aesthetics - Select items that align with your desired design theme, whether it's modern, traditional, minimalist, or eclectic.
Quality and Durability - Invest in high-quality fixtures and fittings that will withstand daily use and maintain their appearance over time.
Budget - Determine a budget for your renovation project and select fixtures and fittings that fit within your financial constraints.
Space Constraints - Take measurements and consider the available space in your bathroom to ensure that the chosen fixtures and fittings will fit properly.

Quoting & Contract Signing

Final quoting process can now be finalised and passed onto the client for approval. If approved the building contract can be completed ready for signing.

Once the contract has been signed by both parties, building works can commence on agreed date. Any changes from here will be classified as a variation to the contract.

Building

The building phase will now be undertaken as per approved plan and contract. Any changes to the design or layout during this construction period are always possible however will be considered as a variation to contract and amended appropriately. The building stage in a bathroom renovation is where the plans and designs start to take physical form. Our team take the upmost care in our work to ensure a quality final product for you to enjoy.

Handover

At handover stage, the job is considered to be complete. There will be a final walk through and a quality control inspection. Once complete your new bathroom is ready to use and enjoy.
